"Really upset with this company right now. Had insurance with them for years and some people are kind and helpful, however what made me angry is the rate increase due to ““Inflation””, I can understand inflation is on the rise and if my rate increased by 20, 30, maybe even 50 dollars. But 300 increase?! My original rate went from 200 to 500 due to inflation? i canceled immediately and went to another company because they were offering lower than my original 200 payment and I suggest all of you to look at other places first"

"I had a very disappointing experience with Ruby at State Farm. From the start, she displayed a lack of initiative and was unwilling to assist with even basic questions related to my policy. It felt as though helping a client was an inconvenience to her. On top of that, her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the interaction even more frustrating. I expect professionalism and support from someone in her position, and unfortunately, that was not what I received. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service going forward."
